The necklace has a high polished heart pendant surrounding a flawless 6.5 mm Cubic Zirconia, embellished with smaller Cubic Zirconia adding sparkle and shine. The pendant comes in stainless steel with a 14 k white gold finish or 18K yellow gold finish, and includes an 18 inch cable chain with 4 inch extension and lobster clasp.
